Osaki TP-8500

The chair itself is pretty good. The rollers do a decent job of reaching where they have to though not as strong on the back as some other chairs I've tried.

The shoulders/arms/legs/feet massage is really awesome and definitely worth it.

The interface on the controller is pretty unclear and definitely annoying to use, especially in manual mode where every single button press causes an annoyingly loud beep. So if you want to use the manual mode often, prepare for hearing that sound for minutes at a time while pressing button. It is so loud my partner can hear it across our place 2 rooms away while wearing a headset!

I wish there was an easier way to control the chair or maybe even some open API to control it's features externally/custom software, etc.

Oh, and the side pocket is really, really a bad design. It is very rigid and too thin to fit the controller in it easily while sitting in the chair, often causing the controller to fall to the floor (out of reach) or pressing buttons on the controller when storing it or taking it out. That's definitely something that needs to be better designed in the future.

I researched about massage chairs and I picked 8500 model. It was affordable price and has great reviews. When I got the chair, I didn't like the color(brown) but I really enjoyed 5 standard massage choices. It fitted well in my study room and I can sit there and enjoy outside of my window during massage. I will buy another chair for my parents anniversary.

Working as contractor, I felt a lot of body pain, especially in my back and neck. My co-worker recommended Osaki chair and I bought it last year. The foot massager helps me to walk better and the Heat Therapy is what I love the best. The chair has USB charging station, so I can enjoy my smart phone during massage session. I really enjoy this nice chair.

I'm not a fan of luxury purchases, but after I bought this chair in March I have not looked back. Practically a two-in-one purchase from how many times I've fallen asleep during a session. It's a little weird at first, but you get used to the pressure pretty quick and the heating is amazing!

My wife wants to buy a Massage Chair, but I hesitated. My worry is the price can't affordable, but when I visited Titan Chair website, I can find a good price and I bought TP-8500, and I satisfied about this chair. My body is more relaxed and energetic. I think this was the good decision.
