Refunds & Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if deemed unrepairable or defective by our service team to the point a replacement is needed. After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at 1-888-848-2630. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your unit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gaming Chair Refund & Return Policy

  • We know you’ll love your new gaming chair, as such Osaki confidently provides an industry-leading 60-day refund and return policy on all of its Gaming Chairs. Your window of return begins the day your chair is delivered, as stated by the delivering courier’s records.
  • If you are not satisfied with your product you may request an RMA from our support team at 1-888-848-2630 anytime Monday-Friday between 9:30am-6:30pm CST. If your chair is deemed eligible you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please have your original receipt of purchase available when contacting our support team, items cannot and will not be deemed acceptable without proof of purchase.
  • When requesting a refund, you will be solely responsible for both the outgoing and incoming shipping costs of your chair. Returned items must be in their original packaging and fully disassembled.
  • After the 60-day refund period, your chair will only be covered by Osaki’s standard 3-year warranty.
