The chair itself is pretty good. The rollers do a decent job of reaching where they have to though not as strong on the back as some other chairs I've tried.

in manual mode where every single button press causes an annoyingly loud beep. So if you want to use the manual mode often, prepare for hearing that sound for minutes at a time while pressing button. It is so loud my partner can hear it across our place 2 rooms away while wearing a headset!
I wish there was an easier way to control the chair or maybe even some open API to control it's features externally/custom software, etc.
Oh, and the side pocket is really, really a bad design. It is very rigid and too thin to fit the controller in it easily while sitting in the chair, often causing the controller to fall to the floor (out of reach) or pressing buttons on the controller when storing it or taking it out.
