Osaki Virtus Duo 4D+3D Massage Chair (Free 2 Yrs Ext Warranty 🎁)

I am not sure as I have not received it yet. I ordered it about a month ago for my birthday but the delivery is incredibly slow. The chair is coming from Texas and I live in Colorado. I When I reached out to Osaki, I was told since I lived more than 150 miles from the shipping company warehouse they chose I would have to wait until a third party could deliver it. Very disappointing so far. I hope the chair is much better than the delivery but I will have to wait until it arrives.

Personally the best massage chair for the bang for my buck. The interface needs a little improvement but besides that, the shoulder massage, back massage is great because it has the 4D +3D Dual track. Definitely recommend!

The Osaki Virtus feels like a real step into the higher-end category. The massage is strong, super smooth, and way more detailed—especially in the back where it actually feels like it’s working out knots instead of just rubbing over them. The 4D feel adds a lot of depth, and it adjusts really well to your body so it doesn’t feel generic.

Zero gravity is incredibly relaxing, and the whole experience just feels more “premium” and dialed in compared to standard chairs. It’s one of those you sit in for 10 minutes and don’t want to get out of.

We are very pleased with this chair, but even more so we are thrilled with Osaki as a company and for their customer service! I highly recommend contacting them before buying and they will help you figure out exactly what you need! They helped us return another chair and figured out what would work better. It was very little hassle on our part and the whole process was very smooth. But as I said, just contact them first and they’ll absolutely be able to help you decide on a chair. I also really appreciated that they never pressured us into buying a chair above our budget. As for this chair, this is excellent if you’re looking for a chair that focuses on hips and lower back. The two roller system works great for this. I love the three levels of zero gravity. A few of the auto programs also do some stretching (the chair moves and stretches while massaging) which is my favorite. The screen took some getting used to and the interface isn’t really intuitive, but once you learn it, it’s worth it! were very pleased!
