Just okay. It doesn’t feel like an actual massage and the the and arm parts just squeeze really hand. It’s difficult to get the settings right also.

My friend recommended me to purchase this chair and I need to thank her because I absolutely love this chair! I know it’s not a $10,000 chair but it feels like it. I like the fact the footrest is extendable, and I enjoy the air compression massage very much!

The chair is amazing for the price point and was delivered well. Though it’s difficult and extremely heavy and doesn’t disassemble easily if you want to make it fit for your bedrooms. It will not fit in standard 28-29 inch wide doors and areas with turns to the bedroom. We settled to keep in the living room and are okay with it.

We are really happy with the OS-Champ. Osaki really designed a nice affordable chair. Not being able to actually try this one before purchase, we had to rely on reviews. The NYTimes review is what led us to this chair and Titan Chair.
My wife and I are really enjoying almost all aspects of the chair, so far, but the foot massager was designed by Marquis De Sade!
The stretch function is her favorite, relax is mine. I enjoy the manual controls as well. You can really move the rollers and pinpoint any spot you want. The heat is nice as is the compression, although sometimes it reminds me of that uncle that hugged just a little too hard at holidays, squeezing the life out of you! It can get a little harsh on the feet, again. We solved some of the feet massage roller harshness by using a doubled up quilted pot holder in the bottom of each foot well and I keep the remoted handy to turn off the feet if it gets to be too much.
My wife and I are both smaller in size than average. She is 140lbs, 5' 3", I am 175lbs 5' 8". We have been pleasantly surprised, although I have no doubt this chair would fit larger people, that is was designed with smaller in mind when so many things aren't.
All in all, it's a beautiful chair, fits into our home nicely. It has wheels on the back side and handles to easily move it around as necessary. IT does weigh a lot, so have big friends help if you don't get the white glove service!
We would recommend again, especially for the price.

This chair for the price is pretty awesome! The massage hits all of of my trouble areas (lower back, shoulder area) and leaves me feeling refreshed!
