Awesome massage chair although I wish Ozaki had more videos or literature on how to use the remote controller.

The best end to every day

I’ve been using the Osaki Nova 2 for a bit and honestly it’s been a solid upgrade for relaxing at home. The massage feels smooth and consistent, especially in the lower back, and the zero gravity mode makes it super easy to just zone out after a long day.

It’s comfortable, not too aggressive, and easy to just hop into without overthinking the settings. The heat is nice but pretty mild, and the air massage is decent but not super strong.

Overall, it’s a really good everyday chair if you just want something relaxing and straightforward without going into the super high-end price range.

The rollers are a little harsh when use without a pad even at the low setting. Since getting the chair, I purchased a chair pad and now the chair is much more comfortable. I suggest that you either include the chair pad to save your customers from having to go back and purchase it separately later, Or included it, with the purchase of your chair.
